Getting started

How do I install Magentoweb?

Install from your browser's add-on store, or load the package from your account. Once installed, the magenta shield icon appears in your toolbar.

How do I activate my Pro / Ultimate license?

Click the Magentoweb toolbar icon → Upgrade → paste the license key from your order page or confirmation email → your tier unlocks immediately. Activation happens entirely on your device.

Where do I find my key after paying?

Your key is shown on your order page right after payment (card is instant; crypto appears once the network confirms). Bookmark that page — you can return to it any time. If you entered an email, we also send the key there.

My license expired — what now?

Magentoweb licenses are time-based (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). When yours lapses, the popup shows a “Renew” prompt — grab a fresh key from the pricing page and paste it in.

Troubleshooting

The popup text is hard to read / looks wrong

Make sure you're on the latest version. The popup uses a fixed dark theme for readability; the light/dark setting applies to the dashboard.

A site is broken or an ad slips through

Toggle protection off for that site from the popup, or let us know via the contact options below so we can tune the filters.
